LIMBO - what is it?

An indie coffee roaster, based in Scarborough, Tkaronto/Toronto, on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples, now home to many diverse people.

Also - a ploy to get rid of excess coffee so the roaster can roast more coffee.

At the same time - an art project to represent the complexity of each bean with visual design.

Valuing

• experimentalism over commercialism (trying new beans, blending, and roasting techniques)
• art over product (vision-driven not profit-driven)
• quality over quantity (ethical and traceable sourcing of coffee beans)
